Terms of use
Updated 8 October 2026
1. Provider and service
Sport Stream Studio is provided by PEXTO s.r.o., company ID 24831981, Počernická 272/96, 108 00 Prague, Czech Republic, registered with the Prague Municipal Court, section C, file 178450. Contact: developer@pexto.cz. The app is a sports broadcasting and match-control tool. App Store downloads are also subject to Apple’s standard EULA. Applicable store terms and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Free and PRO
Basic streaming has no app-imposed match or duration limit. PRO includes replay and speed control, sponsor logos, software stabilization, American football down & distance, and hiding the studio branding. Device, internet and third-party platform costs are separate. The in-app offer defines the available features and purchase conditions. Some sports and Facebook integration are marked Beta; availability can depend on device support and platform approval.
3. Purchases and renewal
The 24-hour PRO pass is a one-time purchase valid for 24 hours from purchase; it does not renew automatically. Annual PRO is an auto-renewable one-year subscription. Base prices are EUR 1.99 and EUR 44.99 respectively. The store displays the binding local price, taxes, duration and renewal conditions before confirmation. Apple processes iOS purchases and Google Play processes Android purchases. Manage or cancel renewal in the store where you subscribed: Apple or Google Play. Cancellation normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Purchase rights are linked to the relevant store account; transfer between Apple and Google accounts is not promised.
4. Restoration, offers and refunds
Use Restore purchases where available with the same store account. PRO-MO offers have their own activation deadline and access period and do not automatically become paid subscriptions. One-use eligibility may be recorded to prevent repeated redemption. TestFlight may provide temporary free PRO without creating a subscription. Refund requests follow the relevant store process: Apple or Google Play. Statutory rights, including applicable withdrawal and defective-service remedies, remain unaffected. Any consent to immediate digital supply is handled in the purchase flow; reading this page waives no rights.
5. Your broadcast and connected services
Only film and publish content you are entitled to use, including participants, event coverage, music, logos and advertising. Respect privacy and protect stream keys and pairing codes. Select the correct audience and visibility. YouTube features use YouTube API Services and are subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service. Facebook Page streaming requires appropriate Page access and is subject to Meta’s terms. Platform eligibility, restrictions and API availability are controlled by those providers. Remote users must be approved by the broadcast device; only approve people you trust.
6. Technical requirements and Beta features
A supported device, camera/microphone permission and a stable internet connection are required for broadcasting. Hardware, heat, battery, interruptions and network quality can affect results. iOS may suspend the camera in the background; where supported and enabled, audio and a pause screen may continue. A replay buffer is not a full-event backup. Stabilization crops the image and cannot remove every movement or blur. Beta functions are still being refined. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services; this does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Support, updates and complaints
Contact developer@pexto.cz with your app version, device model and a description. Do not send credentials or full payment details. We handle complaints and provide required updates in accordance with applicable law. Where competent, consumers may refer disputes to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Store purchase contracts follow the relevant store’s terms. Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Material changes are communicated as required by law and cannot retroactively remove acquired statutory rights.
