You receive a non-exclusive right to use PexTransfer lawfully on compatible Macs. Third-party components retain their own licences. App Store distribution, when available, also follows Apple's standard EULA and store terms.

02 / Files & folders

Use only servers and files you are authorised to access. Protect credentials, verify destinations and keep backups. Hosting, connectivity and hardware costs are separate. We do not promise uninterrupted third-party servers or recovery of overwritten files. Nothing here excludes liability, required updates or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms cover PexTransfer 0.8; future material changes will be identified on this page and communicated when legally required.

03 / Terms & support payments

Support is voluntary and unlocks no features. Planned options are monthly or annual auto-renewing support and a non-renewing one-time tip. They are not currently on sale. Once available, Apple will display the binding local price and renewal terms before confirmation and process payment. Cancel renewal in your Apple account; deleting the app does not cancel it. Restore purchases checks eligible subscriptions; consumable tips are not restored. This is commercial developer support, not a charitable donation or a promise of tax deductibility.

Once support purchases are available, a reminder may appear after 14 days when the app is idle. Active subscribers do not see it. Opening the support panel restarts the interval. Closing the reminder does not restrict any feature.

04 / Your rights

Contact us first for help or complaints. Apple purchase refund requests can be made through reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility is assessed under store rules and applicable law. Statutory withdrawal, conformity and other consumer rights remain unaffected; reading this page waives nothing. Czech law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority may handle eligible consumer disputes within its competence.
